The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is “the largest American organization of insiders

the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was formed, it was called the “Institute of International
Affairs.” There was both an American and British organization. The organization in Great
Britain is called the “Royal Institute of International Affairs.” Colonel Edward M. House
